Refund policy

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy:

Given the items in my shop are either custom or one of a kind, I am unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds for orders if an item is not as expected, does not fit or color is slightly different in person than on screen. I do my best to provide any information that you may need when committing to a purchase such a measurements, color descriptors or close up detail shots, but should you need anything else to feel confident in your purchase please reach out with any concerns.

No refunds/ exchanges/ remakes for custom items. Natural dyes are full of surprises, and no two items will ever come out exactly the same. Please expect this when placing a custom order and providing inspiration images. 

Instances where a refund, exchange or return may be offered:

1) Tracking shows that an item has not been delivered and a grace period of 2-3 weeks has gone by to allow for lost mail delivery. Mail workers have been overloaded since the start of the pandemic, please be patient if delivery is taking longer than expected. 

2) An item was completely damaged in shipping rendering it unwearable or ruined. Please contact me with photos

3) It's never happened, but if you received the entirely wrong item, or were missing an item from your order- please don't hesitate to reach out and I will fix it at no cost to you.
